- SaaS Terms ST2.1: each Service renews for an additional 12 months unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the Subscription Period.
- Commercial rules
- Early renewal starts the day after the prior period ends. Restoring a terminated or suspended Service may incur the then-current setup fee. Added Authorized Users are prorated and co-terminous (ST4, ST5.2); the number of Authorized Users cannot be reduced during a Subscription Period.
