- SaaS Terms ST1.2: "Authorized User means an individual who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services", who must be Employees of the Customer or of an Affiliate, a Subcontractor, or third-party personnel contracted to operate the Services on behalf of the Customer.
- Counting rules
- Each Authorized User receives a user ID and password that may not be shared; IDs may be reassigned to a replacement user (ST5.1). Authorized Users are limited to the number on the Order Form. Deltek users do not count (ST3.3).
- Floors / minimums
- The number of Authorized Users cannot be reduced during a Subscription Period (ST5.2).
