- Definition
- DATEV is a cooperative. Members can be tax advisors, auditors, lawyers and other persons or companies named in Section 3 of the Satzung. On joining, a member subscribes three Geschäftsanteile of EUR 255.00 each (EUR 765.00 in total).
- Commercial rules
- Membership is acquired after signing an unconditional declaration of accession and approval by the board. Software use rights of members end with the membership. Several DATEV offers (inactive-client flat fees, member-bound client business) require a membership.
