- DATEV introduced the licence type Benutzerlizenz Set and is ending the former licence types (Betriebsstättenlizenz, Netzlizenz, PC-Lizenz, Generallizenz) on 2027-12-31.

- Members and clients are asked to convert in stages using the DATEV Lizenz-Umstellungsassistent. As long as number and use of licences stay the same, DATEV states that no extra cost normally arises during the conversion phase until the end of 2027. Clients using locally installed software must convert too.
