- MSP Agreement: MSPs commit to a Committed Quantity of Licensed Units in a Schedule and report consumption so ControlUp can "monitor compliance with the Commit-to-Consume model".
- Commercial rules
- Quarterly usage reports due by the 10th day of the month after each quarter. Up to 10 concurrent 21-day trial instances in Tenant Manager that do not count toward the Committed Quantity. On termination, all remaining committed fees for the Schedule Term become due.
