- Usage accrues hourly (partial hours billed as full hours) at the rates in the Confluent Cloud user interface and is invoiced at the start of the following month. Payment by credit card, US bank transfer or cloud provider billing; prepaid cards are not accepted. Invoicing requires a minimum annual commitment.
