- An NSL's Named User and a CPU licence's designated computer may each be replaced, temporarily or permanently, no more than twice a year.
- Commercial rules
- Only one Named User or one designated computer may be registered with COMSOL at a time. Moving the software to another computer needs proof that it was uninstalled from the first, and no more than two computers per year.
