- Definition
- Named Single User License. The Programs may be installed and operated on up to four computers designated for sole use by the single licensed user designated by COMSOL as the Named User, who may use two of those computers at the same time (SLA section 2(h)(i)).
- Counting rules
- One Named User per licence. The licence may be installed on up to four computers and used on two at a time. The Named User may be replaced, temporarily or permanently, no more than two times a year, and only one user is designated at any time. Access over a single encrypted connection (VPN or Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication and encryption) is allowed; client-server mode and cluster or cloud computing are not.
