- Enterprise Subscription Agreement section 2.8: when a Customer subscribes through an authorized Reseller, the Customer executes Order Forms with the Reseller and the Reseller Agreement also governs access.

- Section 3 (Payment Terms) does not apply; refunds and SLA Service Credits are paid to the Reseller. Termination rights follow the Reseller Agreement. If the Reseller stops being authorized, continued use may require a direct agreement and payment of unremitted Fees.
