- On the Scale plan, a notice is sent when usage reaches 20% of the credit purchase remaining and a refill of 25% (default) or 10% of the purchase is made at 10%, unless CAR is declined.
- Commercial rules
- If CAR is declined there is no 20% notice and service is interrupted at 0 credits until another purchase. CAR is billed separately from the order and can be interrupted by a supplemental purchase.
