- EULA §3 grants a "non-perpetual (unless a perpetual license is provided on an Order)" licence; a perpetual licence therefore exists only where the Order says so.
- Commercial rules
- Support covers the total Licensed Capacity (§8). For perpetual Licenses, re-enrolling in Support after leaving it may carry a reinstatement fee (§8). Infringement refunds for perpetual licences are prorated over 48 months (§13).
