- TSMA §1.2: Authorized Users include "IT Services providers that have an appropriate agreement in place with BMC authorizing such access and use of the BMC Offerings".
- Commercial rules
- Outsourcers and service providers may use BMC Offerings for the customer only under an agreement with BMC; an entity with an IT Services business cannot act as a consultant, contractor or agent under the ordinary Authorized User definition. The EULA §1.2 contains the same rule.
