- DPLA §1: “Custom App Distribution” means the store or storefront functionality that enables users to obtain Licensed Applications through the use of Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, or as otherwise permitted by Apple. A “Custom App” is a Licensed Application custom developed for specific organizations or third-party business customers, including proprietary apps for the developer’s own internal use.
