- Pricing Policy section 4.1: true-ups compare Active Users in the final 30 days of each True Up Period with the Core License seat count (the True Up Baseline).
- Commercial rules
- For each additional Core License seat above the baseline, Anysphere invoices a per-seat Core License Fee and a Precommitted Usage Fee for the remaining months of the Service Term. The higher seat count becomes the next baseline. Seat reassignment to new users inside the organization is free if Active Users stay within the seat count.
