- APC FSA: "Flexible Spending Account (FSA) License means a Lease License to use any of the Programs listed in the 'FSA Pricing Table' in the Order Form".

- The customer draws down Programs at the table prices until the FSA Amount is used; the amount can be increased by purchase order; all licences end by the Order Form end date and any unused FSA Amount is forfeited without refund.
