- Licences carry a geographic scope: Single Site (radius no greater than half a mile or 800 meters), Continental (North America, South America, Europe, Africa or Asia Pacific excluding China) or Global (multiple pre-designated sites worldwide).
- Commercial rules
- Use outside the licensed scope is a breach; under the MSA it is a material breach that may end a Perpetual License. Locations used under Continental or Global rights must be designated in the Order Form.
