- Alation may review usage against the limits in the Order; excess use is charged at the then-current list prices.

- Section 2.4(c) of the MSA lets Alation periodically review use; if limits are exceeded the customer pays for excess use at current list prices. The Federal Addendum instead provides for increased Fees without a separate Order.
