- Master Cloud Software License and Services Agreement section 1: a Named User is "a specific Customer's employee or contractor authorized by Customer to use the Alation Cloud and identified by a unique email address".
- Counting rules
- Each individual receives a unique Named User identification that cannot be shared or used by more than one individual (section 2.4(b)). Named User subscriptions may be reassigned to a replacement user. Additional Named Users are co-terminous with the Subscription Term in effect when they are added unless the Order says otherwise.
