- Fees are payable regardless of actual use; on termination by Akamai for cause, all remaining fees accelerate. Rates rise 3% on each anniversary of the Billing Effective Date unless the Transaction Document says otherwise (s.4.5). Terms auto-renew unless notice is given 60 days before expiry (s.6.1).
