- Definition
- For Acrobat Sign, a Transaction is each send of an Electronic Document or related collection up to 10 MB or 100 pages to an End User. Consumables as described in the VIP Terms. Under a Named-User License, each licensed user may send Transactions; default 150 Transactions per licensed user per 12-month license period unless sales documentation sets another limit. Account-level aggregation; no carryover. Licensed Transactions: quantity of Transactions licensed for the license term; excess during term must be purchased in advance.

- Count each send of an Electronic Document (or related collection) up to 10 MB or 100 pages. Named-User License Transactions aggregate at account level. No carryover of unused Transactions. Licensed Transactions: excess during term must be purchased in advance.
- Floors / minimums
- Default 150 Transactions per licensed user per 12-month license period unless sales documentation sets another limit. Size/page cap (10 MB or 100 pages) is part of the Transaction definition.
