- Usage under 30% above entitlement is not charged. Above the buffer, the customer chooses to pay Overage Fees on the excess over the buffer or to upgrade. Customers over entitlement in 4 or more of the last 12 months must upgrade at renewal. Site Factory uses a 20% single-month tolerance instead.
