- Counting rules
- Only successful responses count: redirection, client error and server error responses and option requests are excluded. Counted at the Varnish layer, including cached responses that bootstrapped Drupal. Certain common bot traffic is removed at Acquia’s discretion. Traffic on non-production environments counts. Views and Visits are tracked daily and aggregated per calendar month; partial months are prorated.
- Floors / minimums
- Traffic entitlement is stated per SKU on the Order Form; the Resource Limits table starts at 100,000 Views per month. Entitlements can be decreased only at renewal.
