- Service-Specific Terms (Action Builder): the Service Plan "may entitle Customer to use a specified number or value of Actions (“Action Credits”) during a given time period".
- Counting rules
- Each create, read, update or delete action run by Action Builder consumes a credit. Actions performed by Copilot triggers do not count. Credits are allocated per subscription term (for example Suite Enterprise annual: 2.7M per year).
- Floors / minimums
- Included: Support Team and Suite Team up to 40K/month (480K/year); Suite Professional up to 100K/month (1.2M/year). Additional credits $200 per 100K actions per subscription term.
