- EULA Annex 3 section 2: a Developer is anyone within the purview of the Licensed Entity "whose responsibilities, functions, duties, or obligations involve writing, modifying, maintaining, extending, repairing, testing, auditing, analyzing, verifying, reviewing, or otherwise working with or interacting with the source code of the Project"; a Team is all Developers associated with a Project.

- All Developers of an analysed Project, including consultants and contractors, must be licensed; more Developers or another Team require more licences. A licence may be reassigned to a replacement Developer twice in any 12-month period. Servers running PLUS are covered if all Developers working on the analysed code are licensed. Shared Code limits apply.
