- EULA Annex 3 section 1.1: "A Floating License grants the right to use the licensed Product on a Physical or Virtual Desktop via a natural person for that person's own purposes." It includes one or more Agents; "The number of Agents determines the maximum number of Desktops on which the licensed Product can be used at the same time."
