- EULA Annex 1 section 3.1: the CI Team License "permits the use of the licensed Product by and for the purposes of a development team or several development teams"; its cost depends on the total size of all development teams within the defined Enterprise Level, counted as committers: software developers, test developers and other employees who change the Software Projects or Products, including authors of code-generator inputs.
- Counting rules
- Count every committer (always a natural person) in the development teams that benefit from the licensed Product within the Enterprise Level, including committers with no direct access to the Product and external or supplier developers who benefit. Developers of separately developed and tested artefacts are not counted. Rescaling every 6 months when teams grow. Unlimited simultaneous instances on servers, cloud and Desktops; activated on a License Server.
