- Software Terms section 2.1: Unity grants the right to install and execute the Unity Editor solely for internal use by the number of Authorized Users set out in the Offering Identification. A seat is the individual licence to use Unity; a Unity Plan includes one subscription to the Software designated for that plan (Terms of Service section 12.2).
- Counting rules
- Each person using the Unity Editor needs a seat of the tier the customer is Tier Eligible for. One instance of the Editor may be used at a time per seat (section 2.8). Authorised Users may be employees or other users of the customer's Unity Organization.
- Floors / minimums
- No public minimum for Personal, Pro or Industry seats; a minimum subscription or spending commitment may apply at the Enterprise tier.
