- Unity Manual, Licensing overview: Named user licensing (NUL) is a seat-based licensing solution designed for individual users in a network-connected environment. When a user signs in, they are granted all the entitlements from their organizations' subscriptions.
- Counting rules
- An administrator assigns a seat to an organization member in Unity ID; signing in to Unity Hub or the Editor activates the licence on the current computer. Moving to another computer means signing out and signing in elsewhere. A grace period allows temporary offline use.
