- Services Description §2.2(b): pricing "per active employee (“Active Employee”) per month usage". An employee is deemed active in a billing period on any of six tests, including time entered, payroll records, import/export records, access to the service, accrued benefit time or an "Active" status.

- One test is enough. An employee with "Is Terminated" status is not counted.
