- Flex only. 1 Agent Unit per LLM call on a standard model, 2 on premium, 0.8 on basic; customer-managed models charged once per agent run. Also used by Maestro Orchestrate and Maestro Automate under Flex, and as paid fallback for the AI and Agentic usage pool (500 Agent Unit top-up packs). Entitlements expire yearly as for Platform Units.
