- Licences are counted per client mailbox for each provisioned domain; the count is shown in the domain general settings and can be changed only through Trellix Support. Shared mailboxes of native domains are not scanned by default, and their scanning can be enabled only while shared mailboxes are 20% or less of total licences (Mailbox settings topic).
