- Counting rules
- By default the enterprise LOC limit is shared by all organizations in the enterprise. An enterprise admin may allocate an individual limit to one or more organizations; the others share the remainder. Changing the enterprise limit requires a new enterprise licence.

- An allocated LOC must be a multiple of 100k with a minimum allocation of 100k; Sonar recommends only Shared LOC below a 1M enterprise limit.
