- Terms of Service s.1: "User" means a named individual authorized by you to use the Services, for whom you have purchased a subscription, and who has been supplied with user credentials for the Services by you or by us at your request.

- Each User needs a valid time-based subscription (s.2.2). Subscriptions are for named Users, cannot be shared, and may be reassigned to a new named User when a User stops using the Services. The user type assigned in the product (Business, Employee, Project Manager, Warehouse, Platform and others) sets the maximum functions and the fee for each user.
