- Sage 200 Consolidated Terms and Conditions, Part A s.1.1: "Users" means a named individual authorised by you to use the Services and the Documentation, for whom you have purchased a subscription. Clause 6.1.2 limits use to the number of Users "(whether named or concurrent) as set out in the Documentation".
- Counting rules
- The number of Users may differ per Module; use is limited to one Installation. Sage may use technology to ensure no more than the specified number of Users use the Services at any one time. Adding Users is charged pro rata; reducing Users gives no refund of prepaid fees.
