- SteelHead Family Spec Sheet: each model and tier lists "Optimized TCP Connections and UDP Flows" as a maximum. Additional Use Rights s.15: each SteelHead Cloud instance may be used "to optimize only the amount of bandwidth and number of TCP connections licensed by Customer for that instance".

- Per instance. Connections above the model or licence limit are not optimized. For SteelHead Cloud the licensed TCP connections are a contractual limit per instance.
