- Allocating License Units to Purchase: "You can allocate license units to monitor any combination of devices, servers, or network, where each category consumes its own number of license units." Legacy end point licences are now equivalent to license units.
- Counting rules
- Physical Windows or Mac device: 1 unit. VDI: 1 unit per username for all that user’s sessions. Virtual app sessions: 1/4 unit per session (one unit for four sessions), plus 5 units per virtual app server from Agent 11. Mobile device: 1 unit per device on a separate SKU. Units stay allocated until the device or user stops reporting for 14 consecutive days.
