- Frontline Digital and DXA Product Terms s1.5(b): "Session" means an individual's recording (user's actions, session length, and frustration signals) within a website or app from the time the browser or app is opened and the javascript code snippet is loaded until the earlier of 30 minutes after the browser or app is closed, 30 minutes of inactivity, or a session length of 60 minutes.

- Historical Sessions imported by the Customer consume the equivalent number of Sessions. Recordings are deleted after 6 months; metadata is retained for 36 months.
