- XM Discover Product Terms s1.4: a set of data that lacks organization or precision, no greater than 2,048 characters in length, generated from Authorized Sources and sent to or received by the Cloud Service for processing.
- Counting rules
- Longer records count as two or more Feedback Records per full or partial multiple of 2,048 characters. Null sets and structured data of 10 characters or fewer count as 25% of a record. Chats within one calendar day count as two records, one per side.
- Floors / minimums
- Annual Loading Limit set by the Order Form; Storage Limit equals the Annual Loading Limit.
