- Counting rules
- Each Personal Account that is a member of a Corporate Organization is billed, and billing follows actual usage in the preceding month (PyPI Terms of Service, Paid Services: "Per-seat Organization membership prices are billed based on usage"). A login may be used by only one person, and a paid Organization may give access only to as many Personal Accounts as the subscription allows. PyPI publishes no limit on the number of users in an organization.
