- ShareFile and Podio End User Agreement s.1.50: "“Unit” means one Employee User license from a Subscription purchased in an Order." An Employee User is "one Authorized User that is an individual employee of the Customer assigned to a dedicated Unit for their exclusive use" (s.1.22).
- Counting rules
- One Unit per named employee; a Unit cannot be shared by several individuals. Client Users (third-party non-employees invited by an Employee User) are Authorized Users but are not Units and cannot be associated with the customer domain. Units can be reduced only at renewal, after removing users and data.
