- Products and Services EULA 1.1: Transaction means the number of transactions, observed columns, active rows, Users, copies, processor cores, LPARs or other metric to which the customer is entitled under an Order; an Allotment is the number of Transactions or other agreed metric for a Term.
- Counting rules
- The Order and Documentation define the unit for each product. Allotments may be used at any time in each twelve-month period of the Term and unused Transactions do not carry into the next twelve months, unless the Order says otherwise.
