- P4 Supplemental Terms s.2.1: each Authorized User is assigned a unique and fixed user account to consume one license to use the P4 Offering on a single server or on multiple servers, regardless of whether the individual is actively using it. Authorized Users include separate email addresses or accounts and any non-human operated device that can access the P4 Offering.
- Counting rules
- One licence per Authorized User with full functionality, across any number of servers. Non-human devices that can access the offering count as Authorized Users. Licences may not be shared and may be reassigned only by permanent transfer when the current user no longer has access. P4 counts users (p4 license -u reports userCount against userLimit).
- Floors / minimums
- Unlicensed P4 Server: up to 5 users and 20 workspaces with unlimited files, or unlimited users and workspaces with at most 1,000 files.
