- Billing documentation: for month-to-month plans the monthly user charge is determined by the highest number of full users, meaning all user roles other than Stakeholder or Limited Stakeholder, in the account in the current or prior months.
- Counting rules
- The charge follows the high-water mark; removing or deleting users does not reduce it until the Account Owner requests a lower licence count, which applies to the next month. Annual plans carry a Full User limit and a Stakeholder limit based on licences purchased. Each User must have a unique email address and username.
