- Product-Specific Terms: an Event is a data object submitted to PagerDuty's events API or email integrations that has been accepted and processed by the Platform.
- Counting rules
- Event consumption excludes events found invalid, rate-limited or otherwise rejected. Events sent while a service is in a Maintenance Window are counted. Tiers include a minimum and maximum number of Events; excess Events are billed per Event at overage rates in arrears monthly. Unused Events do not roll over.
