- Counting rules
- Active Users are counted over a rolling thirty (30) day window by distinct credential or API key, without attribution to named individuals. An identity active in the window may not be reassigned until it has been inactive for a full 30-day period. Overage above the licensed count is capped at ten percent in any 30-day period unless the Quote says otherwise.
