- NI Software License Agreement Addendum F: "Node" means "any physical or virtual hardware system managed or monitored by the Software, including virtual machines, simulated devices, and containerized systems".

- Each virtual system is licensed as a separate Node, and a single virtual system may not publish data on behalf of or proxy for more than one hardware system. Permitted overage is capped at ten percent of the licensed count in any 30-day period.
