- For Citrix Platform, Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud, Platform Flex and Citrix for Private Cloud, a unique individual, not necessarily named at the time of a licence grant, designated by the customer to access the product, whether or not that person is actively using it. NetScaler software entitlements are included in UHMC and Citrix Platform.
