- User access levels on Enterprise Plan: Free (FLP only) users "can view and comment, and are automatically upgraded to a Full (legacy)/Collaborate license once they edit or create a board, are invited to edit a board, are granted board co-ownership, or are added to a project as Editor".
- Counting rules
- Unlimited and unbilled while the user only views and comments. The automatic upgrade makes the user a Collaborate or Full (legacy) license holder counted at the next true-up. Free licenses can only be given to new users; existing paid users can be downgraded to Free Restricted, not Free.
