- Counting rules
- Limits are calculated as a monthly average across the subscription term; usage is measured at platform level and divided by licensed seats. Pooled allocations equal the per-user limit multiplied by licensed seats. Tier 1 collaboration platforms allow 5,500 chat messages and 2,000 prompts per user per month; Tier 2 platforms 1,000 chat messages. Data captured in the first 90 days of onboarding or migration, and data reprocessed for system error, are excluded.
