- Workspace Account and License Guide: licensing is calculated on two factors, "Internally mapped domains" (the domains primarily used within the organization that owns the Workspace) and "Account Status: Only active accounts will consume licenses on Workspace."

- Count active accounts on the internally mapped domain(s); external participants on other domains and disabled accounts do not consume licences. Disabling a user account removes its licence. The overall number of licensed users is shown on the Admin Dashboard.
